Highly polished stainless steel mirror faceted reflectors for assured lasting performance. Ideal for Metal Halide / HPSV lamps for its capability to reflect out high heat along with light ensuring longer life for lamps.The faceted reflectors used ensure wide spread, high intensity and energy saving.
       
   

Dust, Moisture and Vermin Proof :

     

Dust, moisture and vermin cannot enter the fitting. Even if these enter due to loose tightening, that will have no permanent effect on the efficiency of the reflectors because these can be wiped clean & shinning.

       
    Neoprene Rubber Gaskets :
     

Neoprene Rubber Gaskets ensure IP56 protection making the fititngs dust, moisture and vermin proof.

       
    Incorporated Vibration Isolators :
     

Provided with specially designed incorporated vibration isolators which prevents vibrations from reaching the lamps in the luminaries thus enhancing the life of Lamps.

       
    Additional External Vibration Isolators :
     

For use on Equipment like shovels, drills, draglines & other vibrating machines external vibration isolators with base plate in addition to incorporated vibration dampers are provided.
       
    Steel Inserts at threaded portions :
     

Provided with steel inserts at important threaded portions to prevent wear off for a long time.
       
    Integral Control Gear Box :

   Technical Details


High intensity, weather & dust proof Flood light with highly polished stainless steel faceted mirror reflector, cast aluminium housing for reflector and control gear, toughened front glass fitted to cast aluminium retaining ring by captive bolts screwed down to the flange of the aluminium body (with incorporated steel inserts at threaded portions), G.S.lamp holder with lamp locking arrangement and M.S.Cradle with passivated bolts and incorporated control gear . The light fitting would be complete with 230V, 70 / 150 W HPSV / MH Lamp. The Equipment light would have external vibration isolators with base plate in addition to incorporated vibration dampers.
